MAIL module offers sending e-mails and provides advanced support for mailing campaigns. MAIL module provides integration with other mail clients such as Outlook or Thunderbird which makes archiving both sent and received email correspondence possible in CRM application.

FORMS extension provides mechanisms for defining and creating any number of additional, custom forms in CRM aplication. Forms can be created by the customer on their own without the software producer interference.

SMS/ICAL module is a solution for companies whose employees relatively often maintain outside the firm’s HQs and additionally, are not always able to access our system on-line.
OAUTH/LDAP
OAUTH is an extension of the MAIL module to include an authentication mechanism for Google and Microsoft networks using the OAuth 2.0 protocol. The LDAP module enables the integration of the ITCube system's password database with an external Active Directory protocol-compliant server.
CTI
CTI extension is a solution for companies which depend on tight integration of the CRM with their telephony infrastructure. Using direct connection to the telephone exchange via TAPI driver - the global standard for the telecommunication industry.
Import API
IMPORT API module is designed for Clients who wish to have the possibility to make automatic, cyclic additions to their CRM system database from outside sources.
